Baked Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
- 1 Egg
- 1½ Cups Milk
- ½ Cup Maple Syrup
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 2½ Cups Quick Oats
- 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
- 2 Cups Apple, peeled and finely chopped
- Instructions
- Step 1 - Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
- Step 2 - Grease an 8x8 baking dish
- Step 3 - In a bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, maple syrup and vanilla
- Step 4 - In a separate bowl mix together the oats and cinnamon
- Step 5 - Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir well
- Step 6 - Stir in the chopped apples and pour into the baking dish
- Step 7 - Bake for 30 minutes, cut and serve.
