Baked Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal
 
Ingredients
  • 1 Egg
  • 1½ Cups Milk
  • ½ Cup Maple Syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 2½ Cups Quick Oats
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 Cups Apple, peeled and finely chopped

  2. Step 1 - Preheat your oven to 350 degrees
  3. Step 2 - Grease an 8x8 baking dish
  4. Step 3 - In a bowl, whisk together the egg, milk, maple syrup and vanilla
  5. Step 4 - In a separate bowl mix together the oats and cinnamon
  6. Step 5 - Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir well
  7. Step 6 - Stir in the chopped apples and pour into the baking dish
  8. Step 7 - Bake for 30 minutes, cut and serve.
