Would you believe that this Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Ice cream is healthy? And would you believe that it only has 3 ingredients that you need to make it? Today your kids are going to love you when you surprise them with this delicious treat!
I was recently at a Food Conference where I had the chance to learn about the new NINJA Auto IQ Blender, they made an amazing Chocolate Banana Ice Cream for us that I think about over and over. I thought it would be even more amazing to add some Peanut Butter into the mix and make it taste like a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup. Yum! It turned out to be amazing plus it had a little extra protein in their snack!

How to Make Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Ice Cream
Ingredients You Need
4 Frozen Bananas ( You can stick your older Banana’s in the Freezer until you’re ready to use them)
2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
2 Tablespoons Cocoa Powder ( I use Rodelle Baking Cocoa)
Instructions
Place all the ingredients in your Blender and blend until it’s the consistency of ice cream. Place the mixture in the freezer and let if freeze until you’re ready to eat.
You can make this even a little more delicious by adding a few chocolate chips on top of the ice cream before you serve it. My boys loved that!
You could also omit the chocolate and use other fruits to make a fruit flavored ice cream. This is a great Milk free Ice Cream option for those who cannot have dairy!
Have you seen our Chocolate Avocado Pudding? It’s made very similar to this recipe and is a delicious and healthy snack idea for kids!
