We have a simple healthy recipe to share with you today that’s perfect for the Holiday Season!  These Honey Cinnamon Candied Almonds are a great snack at get togethers, parties or even to give as a gift to teachers or friends.  Plus, they make your house smell amazing when you make them!  Check out the recipe and be sure to add these to your Holiday menu this year!

How to Make Honey Cinnamon Candied Almonds

These are simple to make and a healthy snack option for those afternoon’s when you just need a snack to keep you going!

Ingredients You Need

  • 1/4 Cup Honey
  • 2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 12 Ounces Almonds
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar

Instructions

Step 1 – In a small saucepan bring the honey and cinnamon to a boil

Step 2 – Remove from heat and stir in the almonds until they are well covered with the honey mixture

Step 3 -Stir the brown sugar into the almonds

Step 4 – Spread the mixture on a pan covered in parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes at 325 degrees, you need to adjust the cook time slightly depending on your oven.  Store in a airtight container.  Enjoy!
