Pumpkin Parfait Breakfast

Pumpkin Parfait with Vanilla Yogurt and a crunchy Granola topping for breakfast!  Who wouldn’t love to have this not only first thing in the morning but even after a meal as a dessert.  This delicious little dish was not only simple to make, delicious to eat but it’s also incredibly healthy and good for you.

Packed with protein this is a great breakfast to fill your families tummies and send them out the door!  Check out how easy it is to make!

How to Make Pumpkin Parfait for Breakfast

Ingredients You Need

  • Vanilla Yogurt
  • 1 Can of Pumpkin Puree
  • Granola
  • Almonds
  • Dried Cranberries

Instructions

Step 1 – Using glass parfait cups place a layer of Vanilla Yogurt in the bottom of the cup

Step 2 – Next, add a layer of the Pumpkin Puree, you could use Pumpkin Butter if you want but the puree is a more healthy option

Step 4 – Add another layer of Vanilla Yogurt

Step 5 – Top with Granola, Almonds and Cranberries.  Enjoy!

This Pumpkin Parfait Recipe would make a delicious dessert option too, adding a little whip cream on top and you’re set!  My kids loved these as after school snacks today!  I was pleasantly surprised when they asked if I could make them again.  Yes!!

These would even make a fun side dish at Thanksgiving or a delicious brunch option!  The possibilities are endless!
